Online Nominations
We provide the function to request the nomination of experts in a particular field and locality via our online service. The aim is to provide a fast response of the relevant information and copies of the experts Curriculum Vitae's in support of their nomination for use.
General (or GP), A&E and Orthopaedic Reports (Fast track cases)
Doctors Chambers are a founder member of AMRO and a signatory to the MRO Agreement.
If the Insurer is a signatory to the MRO Agreement, there is no need to nominate experts.
Other Specialties (Fast-track cases)
Any proposed expert must be nominated to the Third Party Representative in accordance with the Pre Action Protocol.
