Whiplash Reforms Seminar

With the new proposed launch date set for August 2020 the seminar was a chance to get the latest information and ask questions around the new service and policy. The event was hosted by the MIB & the MOJ and we were given the opportunity to see a demonstration of the new Injury Claims Portal system as well as hear updates from Dominic Clayden (MIB) around the development of the system and Richard Hutchinson (MOJ) around the progress being made with the rules to run alongside the portal. Whilst we await the release of the rules, the Seminar was an opportunity to get a feel for the new system and give us some insights to assist with our preparations ahead of the changes. Once the rules are released we can react to ensure we are best placed to offer a seamless customer journey along the new claims pathway.
