Hannah Jeffries
Operations Manager
Hannah has worked at Doctors Chambers since 2008 after graduating from Leeds University and completing her LPC in Leeds. She started as a Customer Service Advisor in Doctors Chambers and has worked her way through as a Team Leader, Team Manager and has been our Operations Manager since 2018. Hannah is a Doctors Chambers success story from recognising her administrative talent and sensible attitude at the outset, she is now expert in all areas of our operation and has conceived, driven and tested process change. Hannah has excellent problem solving skills, an excellent grasp of the needs of the claimants, Insurers, Solicitors and Medical Panel alike.
Darren Smith
Supplier Manager
Prior to joining Doctors Chambers in January 2000, Darren spent several years in the Insurance Industry and has a vast amount of experience of handling personal injury claims. He is responsible for the management of an extensive panel of medico-legal experts and therapists and has built up an excellent rapport with the expert panel, many of whom have worked with Doctors Chambers for several years.
Virinder Marjara
Business & Technology Delivery Analyst
Virinder has 7 years Motor Insurance Claims experience and joined Doctors Chambers in August 2000. She worked as a Team Leader, Senior Team Leader and then Training and Operations Support Manager. In 2016 Virinder joined the IT Team as a Business & Technology Delivery Analyst. Working closely with the IT Team and providing the link between IT and the Doctors Chambers Group operational teams when delivering system changes. Virinder is also responsible for the ISO standard 9001:2015 and 27001:2013 within the Doctors Chambers Group
