As you will be aware, Doctors Chambers Ltd is a leading provider of independent medical reports for the legal profession and insurance industry.  We are delighted to announce that we have recently secured a number of new contracts which is good news for all concerned.

However, as you know the industry is very competitive and it is essential that we continue to provide our clients with a high level of service based on agreed service levels.   We do appreciate that from time to time you might find it difficult to provide the required level of service as outlined in our instruction letter due to other commitments, personal reasons, holidays etc. Alternatively it may be a case that we are simply sending too many instructions to you.  Consequently, we wish to encourage feedback from our panel of experts in order to assist in managing the situation.

Medical records do not need to be returned to us unless specifically requested otherwise. However, we recommended that x-rays and scans are still required and you keep hold of the medical records for a period of 3 months in case any further comments etc are required.
