7. Who can see my records?
When we order copies of your records, we ask that they are sent direct to the appointed expert so not to cause any delays.  If the expert is yet to be appointed, the records will arrive at Doctors Chambers and are then stored in a secure unit.

8. Why is it important to return my form of authority as soon as possible?
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, Health authorities have 40 working days from the date on our request letter to copy and despatch your medical records.  Consequently, obtaining the records is the biggest culprit in terms of delayed cases
